This article applies to Agencies Quickly mark an address invalid and remove it from your map.
Step 1: Open the case in RCM and go to the Details tab
Step 2: Select the exclamation triangle button
Step 3: Select a reason the address is invalid
Step 4: Select Submit
Note: After you mark the address invalid, the case will be taken off the map and out of My Addresses. The address will also show as invalid in RecoveryConnect.
After marking the address invalid, the exclamation triangle button in the Case Details will change to red.
