Organize your field by setting up zones for your field agents. As a best practice, we suggest you create a zone that an agent can run in one day within your coverage area.


Set up your coverage area before setting up your zones. 



Creating Zones

Zones can be set up in three different ways:

1. State/County

2. Circle Area

3. Drawn Area 


To set up, click Zones under Your Areas.


Click Add Zone

 


Set up a zone by county


Step 1: Zoom in so you see the map in a county-level view


Note: at the top of the screen you see the Level is shown as "County." This view allows you to choose one or multiple counties in a zone.

Step 2: Select the counties that should be included in the zone. 

Please note: when selecting multiple states and/or counties, the states or counties must have adjoining borders.

Step 3: Enter a name for the Zone

Step 4: Select a color for the Zone

Step 5: Click Save Changes

 

Set up a zone by circle area


Step 1: Click the Circle Area button on the top

Step 2: Select your center point and drag out (the radius will display in miles)

Step 3: Name your Zone

Step 4: Select a color for your Zone

Step 5: Click Save Changes


Set up a zone with a drawn area


Step 1: Click on the Draw Area button on the top

Step 2: Draw the zone using your mouse to create your points

Step 3: Be sure to close the area so that you have one enclosed Zone

Step 4: Name your Zone

Step 5: Select a color for your Zone

Step 6: Click Save Changes
