This article applies to agency case workers, company admins.
The New (briefcase) notification is where newly created/pending cases can be viewed.
You may also Export As, Configure Results, or apply Additional Filters to the displayed cases.
New case results are shown in a list format, with options to Accept Checked or Decline Checked.
When you click on Accept Checked, a popup will appear requesting department and agent details in order to complete the acceptance. You can add one or more agents for each case.
If you choose to Decline Checked cases, a pop-up requesting a reason for the decline is required.
Click Cancel or enter decline reason in the message box and click Decline.
