Inactive service providers are the service providers who are registered and are not participating actively in recovering, this section contains a list of all such service providers

here is how the section looks like

there are four ways where we can EDIT, DELETE, ENABLE and can view cases that are listed on deactivation and all these actions can be found by clicking the gear icon

on click of Edit we can edit the company details

on click of enable we can remove the current company from inactive service provider list

Delete will delete the company name from the list and everywhere

and finally we have view cases closed on deactivation , so whichever companies are inactive their respective cases are closed 

Service provider settings

service provider settings are the different settings available to the lender/forwarder companies to set up the services according to their requirement

here are some of the examples

let us see the Demo bank and trust lender company first

Here we can notice that some of the settings are off and some are ON , this is a toggle operation and can be performed by the forwarder and lender company associates

allow member company to send request to service provider is ON , it means any member company of demo bank and trust could also connect with the any of the service provider connected to this company 

there are two sections here as service provider settings and service provider adding assignment statistics, usually all the operations in second section will be ON to all the companies by default 

lets see one of the forwarding company settings

this is forwarding company demo company , here the services are same but settings are different

manage SP tiers and Manage geography are off , as service providers cannot make any changes in tier settings and geographical changes of the agents working on the cases

but again we can notice that second section of Service providers adding assignment statistics are all ON

so lastly setting parameters are same for all companies but their settings depends on individual company requirement
