Case types are the different classifications for each assignment:
- Impound Repossession
- LPR Live Recovery
- Field Visit
- Voluntary Repossession
- Involuntary Repossession
- Condition Report
Set Up Case Types
From the home page, hover over Settings and select Setup Case Types
Step 1: Drag and drop the desired case type from the Available Case Types column on left to the Currently Used Case Types column on right
Clicking on the gear to the right of the case type will allow you to Manage Address Limits and Manage Allowed Teams.
Manage Address Limits
Allows you to set the number of addresses and address types for that specific case type.
Manage Allowed Teams
Allows you to manage the team you want on specific case types.
After setting up case types the next thing you should look at is Set Up Coverage Areas
