User profile can be found in the right corner of the top menu bar in RecoveryConnect and contains navigation to resources and user-related information such as:
- My Mail
- My Pay
- Settings
- Support
- Logout
To access these options, hover over your name and select from the drop-down
My Mail
Where you can access and view emails sent by or sent to you through RecoveryConnect. It also contains an email record of Invoices, Condition Reports, Misc, and Support tickets you have submitted through the system.
Note: "Webmail" is under maintenance.
My Pay
My Pay provides details of the payments made by the user, it keeps all records in a tabular format like ID, payment from, payment type, reference, items, total amount and date paid, as shown below. This window is also accessible from the accounting section, but here it is a separate section along with Receivables, Payments, Payments To Me, Report Builder, Client Credits, and My MRS Account.
Settings
Here you can manage all your account/user settings. You can update your personal settings like account information, account settings, notification settings, and mobile app settings.
Clicking on each personal setting shows a different page.
Support
This page contains information about contacting support as well as:
- New/Changed Features: system-related updates and notifications
- Training Videos: link to our Knowledge Hub that contains training articles about RecoveryConnect and RCM
- Downloads: links to access the latest versions of RCM for Android and Apple iOS users and the RCM Windows app
