This article applies to agencies Pending connections are connection requests to or from outside entities you do business with.
Step 1: Hoover on Entities >> Pending Connections
Under Pending Connections you will see Pending Requests You've Sent and also Pending Requests From Other Entities
Note: The red bubble number tells you when there is a pending connection needing a response.
Step 2: To cancel a request that you have sent, just click on the Cancel Request button and the request will be taken out of the queue.
Step 3: To Accept or Decline a request that has been sent to you, just click on the red or blue buttons and you will either add or delete the entity from your Service Provider list
