This article applies to Field Agents and Field Agent Supervisors 

Notifications are displayed in the bell icon on the menu bar at the bottom of the dashboard of the RCM mobile app. This is where you can find:

  • New addresses
  • New cases assigned to you
  • Repossessed cases
  • Updates to your cases
  • Accepted entity connections


You can select the notification to open the Case Details page and view more information about that notification. If you select a case that is not assigned to you, an alert box will pop-up. Select "Cancel" to exit or "View Case Anyway" to review case details.
