Set Up Customized Map Icons

Note: Customized icons on the user level will only work if your company admin has enabled users to customize icons and will only override Address Type and Field Override company settings.  

Please check with your company admin before setting up custom icons. 

Step 1: Hover over your name on the right-hand side of the screen

Step 2: Click Settings 

Step 3: Click on Mobile App Settings 

From here, you have the option to Change, Change Color or Remove Icon.

Change or Add Icon 

Step 1: Click on Change to select the icon for that category 

Step 2: Click on your desired icon 

Step 3: Click Use Icon to select 

Change Color

Click Change Color to customize

Remove Icon

To remove, click Remove Icon

Note: If you remove an icon, the system will replace it with the default icon.

Icon Types

On the Map Icon Settings page, there are two tabs. 

• Address Type Icons
• Field Override Icons

Address Type Icons 

This tab contains all the address-related icon options such as: 

• 3rd Party Address
• Abandoned location
• Additional address
• Borrower- Home
• Borrower - Work

These icons give managers in the office using RecoveryConnect and agents in the field using RCM the ability to change the icon presented on the map to:
