This article applies to everyone Note: Service items and tax rates will be available only to the companies that have not opted for contracted fees or contracts on the company profile page (it is subject to change)
Navigate to Settings >> Service Items
Note: You can set up new service item fees where appropriate; under either the Service Provider Billing Items or Client Billing Items
New Service Item Fee
Step 1: Click on + Service Items
Step 2: Fill out the form to add a New Service Item
Step 3: Click Save
After clicking the Save button, you will receive a confirmation that your Service Item Fee was successfully added to the list under the Default Service Items tab.
New Tax Rate
If a tax rate is not included in the dropdown options when setting up a new service item fee:
Step 1: Click on + New Tax Rate
Step 2: Add the new description and rate to be added to the Service Fee dropdown options
Note: A new Tax Rate can also be added under the Tax Rate tab
