This article applies to lenders Inactive Service Providers
Inactive service providers are the service providers who are active in RecoveryConnect but not actively processing recoveries.
Navigate to Providers > Inactive Service Providers
From the populated list, you can click on the gear to Edit, Delete, Enable and View Cases Closed on Deactivation.
- Edit allows you to edit the company details
- Enable removes the service provider from the inactive service provider list and adds them back to the Connected Service Providers list.

- Delete deletes the company name from the list
- View Cases Closed on Deactivation displays the cases closed upon deactivation.
