Step 1: Go to https://recoveryconnect.mbsicorp.com

Step 2: Click on Sign Up 



Step 3: Fill out the required field on the form under the Company Details tab and click Next


Note: Using a Sign-up code will automatically populate the Company information. 



Step 4: Fill out the required fields on the Company Setup tab and click Next 


Note: There are three different company setup types to choose from, Owner/ Administrator, Manager on Behalf of Company Owner and Lending Institutions, Clients, Police, Attorneys, and Insurance Companies.



Step 5: Complete the Terms of Service tab and click Complete



Note: Click the Complete button "once", as clicking it multiple times will result in a duplicate profile in RecoveryConnect. Once complete, Support will reach out to the user to verify the company and employee details and will ask for Articles of Incorporation/ Business license. 


The account activation process will start after we receive the Articles of Incorporation / Business license. The user will be notified once the account has been activated and MBSi will ask for training needs.
