Completing the Asset Recovery Form 


Step 1: After the collateral has been marked On-Hook, complete the Asset Recovery form

Note: The Recovery Date will default to the On-Hook date and time and Recovered By will default to the agent who marked the case On-Hook.


Note: Required fields are marked with a red *. 



Step 2: Click Submit Repossession to change the collateral status from Repossession Pending On-Hook to Repossessed and progress to the next step: Condition & Photos.


Step 3: In Recovery Details, complete the required fields under the Conditions tab. 


 


Note: If you marked Yes in the Damage Details field, you will need to complete the Damages section as shown below and click Apply. If no damage is indicated, skip to Step 5.



Step 4: Fill out the remaining required condition information

 

Step 5: Click Save & Next.




Step 6: Under the Photos tab, upload photos to capture images of the collateral.





You can continuously take photos while others are in the process of uploading.

  • Click on a thumbnail camera icon to start 
  • The dropdown on the bottom of the screen allows you to confirm/select the photo label and proceed to the next photo
  • The dropdown changes automatically with each photo as you move around the collateral




After meeting the photo requirements, you will see a green check mark next to the photo name. 




Step 7: After completing the photos, click Save & Next to go to Personal Property




Note: When you click Save & Next  from this step, the Condition Report will be generated and automatically sent to the client/ lender.


  • If Personal Property is set to Yes, fill out the property details in the form. Click on the applicable box, enter property details, and push Enter on your phone.


  • If Personal Property is set to No, skip to Step 12. 



Step 8: Complete Personal Property information.


Step 9: Click Save to add an item. 



Step 11: Click Save to add the item(s) in each applicable box. 



 


Step 12: Click Submit when personal property details are added.


Note: The steps in the top menu bar will turn green when the action is complete.
