This article applies to agencies My Dashboard
After logging into RecoveryConnect, you will be taken to the My Dashboard homepage.
This page is configurable and will show the last saved report(s) to the dashboard.
Clicking on + My Dashboard will direct you to My Reports to edit or create new ones.
Buy Plate Data
Purchase plate details of the vehicle from the homepage by adding a VIN or plate number, as seen below.
After entering the VIN and you click on Purchase the following details will display.
Step 1: Enter the 16 digit reference number you can then save plate data
Note: 16-digit reference number is the VIN number of the vehicle.
Step 2: Click Save/Close.
Below Dashboard configuration and Plate Purchase, the Saved Report on the dashboard displays below.
Any saved report can be added to the dashboard. For a tutorial on how to create reports go to Reports
In the top right corner, you can manage the report by using the settings icon.
Clicking on Refresh Report will refresh and load the report again.
Clicking Remove will delete the report from the dashboard.
Clicking Edit will take you to the Report page where you can modify the saved report.
