Users can use the search feature to search for a case by VIN, case number, address, borrower name, invoice, last 6 of VIN, plate number, or employee name.



Results will populate within seconds displaying relevant cases right below the search for anything field. If you click the magnifying glass or enter on your keyboard, you will see full results including cases and employees depending on your permissions.


Note: users cannot search by information in updates, make, model, or year of the car.
