This article applies to company admins and accounting user types 



RecoveryConnect users can pull invoice information using the Report Builder under the Accounting tab.


Step 1: Click on Accounting > Report Builder



Criteria

Step 2: Select your Date Criteria then select the time frame you want to look at

Note: If you select a date range then you also need to select the date criteria for the report to pull the accurate information. 

  • Date Paid - Client pays the Service Provider invoice 

  • Date Invoiced - Service Provider submits the invoice to the Client 

  • Date Created - Service Provider creates but does not yet submit the invoice to the Client 

  • Date Void - Client takes action on the invoice to void the Service Provider's invoice 

  • Date Approved - Client takes action on the invoice to approve the Service Provider's invoice



Step 3: Select your desired filters

Step 4: Select Invoice Type 





Step 5: Once your filters have been chosen, click Run Report 

Note: The Run Report button will follow you as you scroll down the page.


Displayed Columns 

Under this tab, User(s) are able to select the fields to output the report based on the filters the user(s) choose. User(s) are able to move the data fields to the right by dragging the box to the right under Displayed Columns. User(s) are able to arrange the boxes on the right side in the desired order to appear on the report. User(s) can remove a data field(s) by dragging the box back to the left side under Available Columns.




Misc. Options 

Within this tab, you will be able to select how many lines you want to see on your report.  


Convert to Graphical Chart

Under this option, you are able to create a chart of some kind whether it's a line graph or a pie graph.  




Export

Under Export, you are able to select how you want to export this information, you can export to Excel or even CSV. 




Open Saved Reports

Clicking on Open Saved Reports will open a table of the reports that you have saved so you can use them again. By clicking on the Display in Dashboard box, you will put this report on your home screen.  Hovering on the gear to the right will give you action options. 



Save

Selecting Save will allow you to keep the report you have just created. You will be able to choose if you would like to have that report on your home screen dashboard or it can just be saved within the Accounting section.



Show/Hide Options 

This button will allow you to toggle back and forth between the report itself back to the options tab you were previously on
