Step 1: Hover on Requestor's Menu

Step 2: Click on Mappings


Step 3: Click on Create New Mapping


Step 4: Select Priority

*Note: The catch all is designed to be the end of the priority list for designating a case to a vendor based on the rules in place. if a case does NOT meet any mapped rules it falls to the catch all rule.  a schedule needs to be mapped to the catch all rule.

  • Priority is a waterfall down formula, with 1 being the highest priority, and then 2, 3, 4 and so on

Step 5: Select your desired Rule 

Step 6: Select the desired schedule to be mapped with the rule

Step 7: Select the desired LPR schedule to be mapped with rule and RCS schedule (if applicable)

Step 8: Click Save
