How to Place a Redemption Hold

Step 1: Go to Options > Redemption Hold

Step 2: Add and Update and enter an email address in the Notification Email field to send a notification to the appropriate contact.

Note: This will act as a public update under your updates tab

Step 3: Click Redemption Hold

How to Remove Redemption Hold

Step 1: Go to Options > Redemption Hold

Step 2: Add and Update and enter an email address in the Notification Email field to send a notification to the appropriate contact.

Step 3: Click Remove Redemption Hold
