Once the transport of the collateral has been authorized, you will have the option to: 

  • Complete Transport 

  • Cancel Transport


How to Complete a Transport Authorized by the Lender/Forwarder

Once an assignment is marked repossessed and the collateral has been authorized to transport, you will be able to cancel or complete the transport. 

Note: When transport is ready to complete, the disposition will be Authorized to Transport.


Step 1:  Click on Options, then Complete Transport



Step 2: Fill out the Complete Transport pop-up and enter the email address in the Notifications Email field to send an email to the appropriate contact.  this email will notify the contact to schedule the transport.  For more information on setting up a scheduler see (The linked article below).

Note: You can select your company name to designate yourself as the transporter.  If the transport company was never identified you can mark UNKNOWN.  All other transport company options in the drop-down populate from your Transporter list under Entities.


Step 3: Click Save

Step 4: Print the Transport Authorization form to be signed when the collateral is retrieved. 




Step 5: Scan the signed form and Download the File to send back to the lender/forwarder




Cancel an Authorized Transport 

Selecting Cancel Transport will cancel the authorization



After confirming that you want to cancel, the disposition will be removed. You will have the ability to mark the authorization for Transport or Redemption again after canceling.
