Note: After filling out the Sign-Up form, our Support team will reach out to you to activate your account



After you log in, the links below will guide you through the process of setting up your profile and get you ready to start accepting assignments. 


Company Set up Process 

Step 1: Set Up and/or Add Locations 

Note: In your locations, under Address Types, be sure to select one of the locations as Billing for invoicing purposes. 

Step 2: Set Up Case Types - this will allow clients to know what types of assignments you are able to work 

Step 3: Set Up Coverage Area - this lets clients know your agency's assignment coverage area

Step 4: Set Up Service Items - this will help with invoicing through RecoveryConnect 

Step 5: Managing Entities - this will help you connect to SCR Group and other clients or other entities 

Step 6: Email Notification Set up - this will allow you to receive emails or web notifications when certain functions have occurred
